June 17–19, 2025
In just 3 days, learn how to raise a capable, independent, and happy child while feeling more confident, less reactive, and more in sync with what your little one truly needs to thrive.
The early years are full of questions, emotions, and rapid growth.
And everything your child experiences now is shaping who they’re becoming.
Whether you're feeling drained, unsure how to respond in tricky moments, wondering how to meaningfully support your little one, or just looking for reassurance that you're on the right path...
You’re not alone.
Parenting in these early years doesn’t come with a manual, but it doesn’t have to feel so overwhelming.
With the right tools and mindset, parenting can feel more connected, more peaceful, and more joyful.
This is exactly what you'll learn in the free 3-day Time to Grow Challenge!

So what will you get from the Time to Grow Challenge?
This free 3-day experience is designed to help you feel more calm, confident, and capable—while supporting your child in the ways that matter most.
Here’s what you’ll walk away with:

Understand Your Child Better

Rediscover the Joy of Parenting

Build Real Connection

Become the Parent You Want to Be
Here’s what we’ll cover during the three-day challenge:

What you need to know about the first three years
Why the first three years matter more than you think and how you can support your child on their unique path
Raising babies and toddlers can be tiring and difficult. They can be unpredictable, messy, and have very big feelings. They seem to go the opposite speed from us - they go fast when we want to go slow, and they go slow when we need to get going! But underneath these behaviors is a brain working overtime – they are absorbing language, routines, emotions, and values without us even realizing it.
We’ll explore how this unique phase shapes your child’s lifelong ability to think, trust, love, and learn – and how you can support it with more intention and less stress. Once you understand how your child takes in the world, you’ll begin to notice the magic behind even the smallest moments – and start parenting with more clarity, trust, and awe.

Connection Over Correction
How to talk so your child feels heard, and how to guide behavior without yelling, threats, or power struggles
Even before children can fully speak, they’re always communicating. We’ll explore how small shifts in your words and tone can build trust, reduce conflict, and encourage cooperation.
You’ll learn practical tools to handle big emotions with calm and claritys – so you can be a steady, loving presence when your child needs you most.
Because discipline doesn’t have to mean disconnections – and connection is what helps your child grow into someone who listens, trusts, and thrives.

Raising Capable Humans (and Finding Peace Doing It)
How the right environment and mindset helps children and parents thrive
If your toddler bounces from one toy to the next, constantly needs your attention, or seems “bored” no matter what you offer, it can feel frustrating and exhausting – for both of you.
We’ll explore how a thoughtfully prepared space (and activities) can support focus, independence, and confidence – even in very young children. You’ll learn simple, practical ways to adjust your home and daily rhythm so your child can do more for themselves – and you can finally drink your coffee while it’s still warm.
We’ll also look at your role in this process – not as a manager or entertainer, but as a calm, trusting guide. And we’ll talk honestly about your energy, emotions, and what it takes to feel more steady and present in the middle of everyday chaos.
